WHAT ARE THE COMMERCIAL SOLAR INCENTIVES FOR PENNSYLVANIA, MARYLAND AND DELAWARE?

Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware offer a range of incentives to support commercial solar installations, making solar energy more accessible and financially viable for businesses.

In Pennsylvania, incentives include Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs), the Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System (MACRS) also known as tax depreciation, and a 30% federal Investment Tax Credit. Businesses in eligible areas can also apply for a REAP Grant that can cover 50% of the project cost with a maximum of $500,000.

Maryland businesses can also benefit from the REAP Grant (up to $500,000), SRECs, and the federal ITC.

Delaware also can benefit from the REAP Grant, and also provides SRECs, and the federal ITC.

Our company warranty offers 15 years workmanship warranty, and 1 year labor warranty. Our workmanship warranty covers all roof leaks and connections. Our one year labor warranty covers all service calls. After the one year. All RMA service calls will have a service call fee to replace factory warranty replacements.
